HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

In case you wish to customise your order, you can email us on info@printsbyradhika.com or contact us at +91 7790922222 with the photo of the garments and details about the customisation. Our team will look into it and get back to you if customisation would be possible and with the updated cost if any.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO STYLE YOUR PRODUCT AND DECIDE WHAT TO BUY?

WHAT IF THE SIZE CHART DOES NOT MATCH WITH MY SIZE?

All our products are specially made to order pieces – If you are not sure about the sizes mentioned on our website, please feel free to email us on info@printsbyradhika.com with your order number and specific size measurements to make it according to your size.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

As per our company policy, we do not offer any cancellations on the orders. Also, as all our pieces are custom made to orders, we do not offer any refund or exchange on our products. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD OF THE ORDER PLACED?

We start preparing the order as soon as we receive the payment confirmation, once into production we strive to deliver the product to you within 40-45 days. However, if you wish to receive your order earlier/later or in a specific time frame – please contact us on +91 7790922222 and our team will assist you with the same.

 

WHAT IF I NEED ALTERATIONS IN MY PRODUCT?

We generally run true to the size chart mentioned on the website or as per the measurements provided by the client, however in case of alterations, you need to ship the product back to us with the correct sizing.
Please note that shipping would be borne by the client for alteration purposes. For any outfits purchased on promotional offers or discounts, there would be an additional cost of alteration that the client will have to be pay.

 

WHAT ABOUT THE PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM OTHER MULTI-BRAND STORES?

For any of our products, which have been purchased by the client from other multi-designer stores, you need to contact the same store for product related queries.
