Shipping and Returns
Product will be delivered in 30 - 60 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on +91 89059 86520-21. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:
1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
4. No response from the customer
Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
Shipping within India
- We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
- Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, some of the products might take longer to get delivered than usual. We request you to read the description of the product before placing an order.
- Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In few locations, the delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. please check your emails and SMS for regular updates.
- In case you need the product by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we will update you accordingly.
- We ship worldwide. please choose your shipping zone while placing an order.
- We charge INR 5000 (Differentiate as per weight) per piece for international orders.
- Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable shipping partner. Please allow up to 3 weeks( 20-25 working days) for your package to arrive. some areas may take longer depending on customs.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you tracking information.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment to these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
Prints by Radhika holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.
Prints by Radhika can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, we note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged/returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed/refunded under any circumstances. Alteration/resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.
In case of any issue with the order, the customer shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of the same within 2 days of receiving the order along with photographs, any damages incurred and reported after the said time, will not be entertained.
